Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for physical items when they are posted back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds cannot be given if the contents are damaged or missing. The customer is responsible for shipping cost returns.
We recommend you return the product with tracking information as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.
Returns/refunds are not available for digital items.
When will I get my refund?
Once we have received the order, a full refund will be issued including the original shipping charge.
No refunds are given for parcels with attempted/missed deliveries or for digital products.
