Delivery
How long will it take to process my order? Plus

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, after which the order will be posted off with the courier.

Can I track my order? Plus

All orders are sent tracked so you can keep updated on the location of your parcel at any time. Tracking information will be included in the shipping confirmation email.

How long will my order take to arrive? Plus

Delivery times vary depending on your location.

UK Domestic: Typically 2-4 business days, or 1-2 business days if you opted for express delivery.

All other international customers: Typically 10-14 business days. However, due to ongoing staff shortages in the postal network, international orders may be delayed.

What can I do if my order is missing? Plus

As soon as the order is given to the courier, it is the customers’ responsibility to keep updated with tracking, and to contact the courier if there are issues with shipping.

If the order hasn’t arrived in the given time frame, it is likely the courier has attempted delivery, in which case you can request a redelivery. No refunds will be given for missed deliveries or unclaimed mail.

What can I do if the item is damaged? Plus

If the contents of the parcel have been damaged or if parts are missing, please get in touch using the contact form and we’ll do our best to replace any damaged/missing items.

If you are concerned about any damage to the outer packaging, please contact the courier.

Cancellations & Changes
Can I cancel my order? Plus

There is a short amount of time before I start processing orders (1-3 days) where you can request a cancellation, but once your order is packed and shipped it’s not possible to cancel your order.

Can I change my order once I've placed it? Plus

If you need to change something about your order eg. wrong address or ordered the wrong item, contact us before the item is shipped and we'll do our best to correct the order.

Returns & Refunds
Do you accept returns? Plus

We accept returns for physical items when they are posted back to us within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer is responsible for shipping cost returns. 

We recommend you return the product with tracking information as you assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit.

Returns/refunds are not available for digital items.

When will I get my refund? Plus

Once we have received the order, a full refund will be issued including the original shipping charge.

No refunds are given for parcels with attempted/missed deliveries.

Digital Items
How do I download my files? Plus

After purchasing your PDF pattern, you'll be taken to your order summary page. You can download your files from here by clicking the 'Download Now' button. Alternatively, you'll receive a link included in your order confirmation email.

There may be a few minutes wait for the order to be confirmed before you can access the file.

If you're having trouble downloading your pattern, get in touch using the contact form and we will send your files via email.

Do you accept returns for digital items? Plus

Once the PDFs have been sent, they cannot be returned or refunded, except if you have accidentally ordered multiple of the same item.
